Oil Filter, Chrome Spin-On PH8A Style

This chrome spin-on oil filter from EMPI has a standard 3/4″ opening and fits EMPI’s P/N 9204, 9244, and 9245 oil filter adapters (all use 3/4″ – 16 threads). This filter can be installed and removed using either a standard strap wrench or a cap wrench for PH8A-style filters. If using this filter as your primary, we recommend replacing it every time you change your oil – about every 3,000 miles or so. This filter does not fit on any stock air-cooled Volkswagen motors.
