Front Wheel Lock Nut, Right, each

Front right spindle nut installs after the thrust plate and clamps to the spindle to hold the drum in position. The clamp is tightened or loosened using an allen head set screw. The nuts are right hand threaded so the clockwise rotation of the wheel when moving does not spin the nut lose. It fits 1966 through 1977 Standard Beetles, 1971 through 1979 Super Beetles, 1966 through 1974 Karmann Ghias, 1966 through 1974 Type 3s and 1973 through 1974 Things.
