Gasket, Tail Pipe, Type 2 1972-1979

Tail pipe gasket kit fits 1700-2000cc VW air cooled engines used in VW Type 2 Bus models 1972 through 1979. The gasket seals the flange between the tail pipe and muffler. The gasket is not re-useable so make sure to replace it anytime you have the tail pipe off. The tail pipe gasket also fits 1980 through 1991 Vanagons and 1986 through 1991 Syncros.
