Oil Filler Deflector Plate,

Alternator/ generator stand deflect plate blocks oil from being shot up to and out of the oil filter while allowing oil to drip down. The deflector plate has a crush ring edge (similar to the dual port intake manifold gaskets) so paper gaskets are not needed.
